About Pet Portraits and Other Commissions
I have looked at what a few other people are doing in the area to decide on fair priceing, and am going from that as for what is fair as far as payment. It looks like most people ask for a about 50% of the payment before hand, and then the rest after the commission is complete, so that is what I will be doing as well.
I generally only do animal/ pet portraits or fantasy creature commissions (dragons, gryphons, unicorns...ex)
For pet portraits I will need a few good photo refrences showing the fur and eye coloring , and an idea of what sort of pose you would like to see your pet in. I will do any sort of animal- dog, cat, horse, snake, lizard, bird...ex you name it I will paint or draw it.
16 x 20 canvas (pet portrait or comission) in acrylic paint ______________$140.00

( plus shipping and handling if you live out of state and I need to send it)
I will do other sizes or mediums on request as I have experience working in a variety of mediums and sizes, I will can also work on alternative surfaces if it is desired ( wood like on furniture or something...ex) If your interested just contact me and let me know
